ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE.
On July 5, 2022, Silvergate Capital Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that the Company will release its second quarter 2022 financial results before market open on Tuesday, July 19, 2022, with a conference call to follow at 11:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) the same day. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

LA JOLLA, Calif., July 5, 2022 – Silvergate Capital Corporation (the “Company” or “Silvergate”) (NYSE:SI), the leading provider of innovative financial infrastructure solutions to the digital currency industry, today announced that it will release its second quarter 2022 financial results before market open on Tuesday, July 19, 2022, with a conference call to follow at 11:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) the same day.
