ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE.
On January 4, 2023, Silvergate Capital Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that the Company will release select unaudited and preliminary fourth quarter 2022 financial metrics before market open on Thursday, January 5, 2023, and will host a business update conference call to follow at 8:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) the same day. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
