On October 13, 2020, Silvergate Capital Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company will release its second quarter 2020 results before market open on Monday, October 26, 2020, and will host a conference call at 11:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) the same date. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
